Job summary

LATICRETE International seeks a Lead Technical Services Representative to deliver advanced technical support to architects, contractors, distributors, and internal teams. You will guide material selection, installation methods, and provide training across the department.

Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries, escalating and resolving complaints, coordinating with sales and field teams, and driving process improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 yrs. experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 yrs. of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices and materials.
• Associates degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Customer Interactions (70%) from internal and external customers via calls, chats, emails to provide information on material selection and installation methods.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints in Salesforce; place orders and checks.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and trainer activities.
• Support and train Technical Service Representatives and balance workload across the team.
• Update complaints in Salesforce as new information arises and ensure quality controls.
• Assist with training programs and vendor relation improvements.
