Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Demonstrated success solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors, and internal customers.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints using Salesforce.
• Assist in training Technical Services Representatives and manage workload balance.
