LATICRETE International is seeking a Lead Technical Services Representative to provide advanced technical services to internal and external customers and help train the team. The role collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and field staff to drive improvements and deliver expert guidance on material selection and installation.

The position emphasizes strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, with frequent site visits and collaboration across departments to ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• 6+ years in the construction industry.
• 4+ years in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Experience with Salesforce and JD Edwards preferred.
• Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods.
• Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines, applications, construction practices and materials.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to architects, contractors, distributors, specifiers, engineers, homeowners, and internal customers via calls, chats, emails to inform on material selection and installation.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints in Salesforce and arrange product orders or checks within authorized limits.
• Coordinate and participate in job site visits and liaise with design teams.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and assist with workload balancing and escalations.
• Maintain interface with other departments and drive process improvements.
