Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Fluency in a second language is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services through phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Investigate customer complaints and settle them through Salesforce.
• Assist with training and workload balancing among team members.

Skills

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Leadership skills

Strong interpersonal communication skills

Education

Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience
