Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Technical Services or comparable industry experience.
• Demonstrated success solving complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through phone calls, emails, and chats.
• Investigate and settle customer complaints professionally.
• Train Technical Service Representatives and ensure workload balance.

Skills

Strong knowledge of architecture and construction methods

Expert knowledge of LATICRETE product lines

Salesforce experience

Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office

Leadership skills

Fluency in second language

Education

Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
