• Strong understanding of architecture and construction methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical services to customers through various channels.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints professionally.
• Coordinate technical support requests with the sales team.
• Train Technical Services Representatives and assist with workload balancing.
