Job summary

VPG, a global leader in precision measurement sensing technologies, is seeking a Technical Sales Manager for the USA region. Based in Richmond, you will identify OEMs, qualify new prospects, and drive sales growth by coordinating with R&D, engineering, and product teams to ensure timely project completion.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of industrial automation sales experience with OEMs; strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Engineering.
• 10+ years of industrial automation sales experience.
• Experience negotiating multi-year contracts with OEMs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential OEM customers and develop new business.
• Engage with existing customers to maximize sales growth.
• Lead development projects with R&D, Engineering, and QA to completion.
• Negotiate contracts with purchasers and decision makers.
