Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) seeks a Technical Sales Manager with a strong track record in Industrial Automation sales to OEMs across the Midwest to Mid-Atlantic region.

You will lead new business development and manage cross-functional projects with R&D, Engineering, and QA to deliver profitable outcomes. The role requires 10+ years in selling technical products, a business/financial mindset, and proven contract negotiation with large global OEMs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of sales and business development in Industrial Automation.
• Significant experience selling technical products to OEMs.
• Strong business and financial background.
• Knowledge of commercial transactional processes in sales.
• Experience negotiating multi-year contracts with large, global OEMs.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must reside in the Midwest to Mid-Atlantic regions.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new customers within the OEM market segment and develop them to meet sales targets.
• Engage with existing customers to maximize sales growth.
• Lead development projects with R&D, Engineering, QA across departments.
• Negotiate contracts with purchasing and key decision makers.
• Analyze and report sales data and forecast regional performance.
