Vishay Precision Group, Inc. (VPG) is seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Manager to drive new OEM sales across defined markets in the United States.

You will manage development projects from concept to completion, collaborating with R&D, Engineering and QA to ensure timely outcomes and strong customer partnerships. The ideal candidate has 10+ years of sales experience in industrial automation sensors, with a solid business background, excellent communication, and a readiness to travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Engineering relevant fields.
• 10+ years sales and business development experience in industrial automation sensors.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with a track record of negotiating multi-year contracts.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential new OEM customers within defined markets and regions to drive new business.
• Engage proactively with existing customers to maximize sales growth and opportunities.
• Lead development projects from conception to completion, coordinating with R&D, Engineering and QA.
• Negotiate contracts with purchasing and key decision makers to establish profitable relationships.
• Analyze sales data and forecast future expectations for the region.
