ApartmentIQ is a fully remote PropTech company seeking a Lead Technical Sales & Pilots to architect custom solutions and drive ROI-focused demos for multifamily clients.

You will collaborate with Sales and Product teams to run high-stakes pilots and demonstrate value, while traveling up to 25% for key client meetings. A strong background in technical sales and relevant tools is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, and revenue management tools.
• Proficiency with CRM and sales tooling (Salesforce, Zoom, Salesloft, Gong, ZoomInfo, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Architect custom solutions and lead high-impact product demos to showcase ROI.
