Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sales support or SaaS, strong data analytics skills, and a collaborative, cross-functional mindset. This is a fully remote position with travel 35% for customer meetings.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required.
• 3+ years in a sales support role (Solution Engineer) and 3+ years in SaaS.
• 2+ years of data analytics with tools like Python, R, SQL, Tableau or Data Studio.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical validation with bespoke demos, POCs, and data trials.
• Translate discovery insights into ROI-focused narratives for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales on account planning and technical strategy for high-value opportunities.
• Validate data accuracy and methodology against the customer's environment.
• Support post-sale enablement to help customers demonstrate wins.
• Contribute to product roadmap discussions based on customer needs.
