Job summary

Built Technologies is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to translate complex real estate development and construction finance workflows into scalable software solutions. You will lead pre-sales, solution design, and demonstrations for executive and operations stakeholders.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, experience in pre-sales or consultative SaaS, and the ability to build ROI models; travel about 15–25% is expected. Remote-friendly with a comprehensive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Experience in pre-sales or consultative SaaS roles focused on proptech or construction tech.
• Ability to design ROI-based demonstrations for executives.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with ERP/construction platforms is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical evaluation phase of the sales cycle for owner and developer prospects.
• Design and deliver tailored product demonstrations for executive and operations teams.
• Build ROI models quantifying value and business impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Client Success to refine go-to-market messaging.
