Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or sales engineering.
• Strong knowledge of multifamily competitive intelligence, market data, revenue management tools, software, and systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical sales & pilots by architecting custom solutions and conducting product demos.
• Own technical client relationships from configuration to troubleshooting, translating pain points into engineering requirements.
