Job summary

AcquireROI, LLC is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support its sales team. This remote role favors candidates in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.

You’ll work with prospects to understand tax workflows, deliver tailored demonstrations, and answer technical questions throughout the sales process. Key requirements include 3+ years in solutions engineering or SaaS presales, experience delivering live demos, and knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and SaaS security.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering, sales engineering, or SaaS presales.
• Experience delivering live demos and supporting complex sales cycles.
• Understanding of accounting firm tax workflows, including K-1s and multi-entity structures.
• Working knowledge of APIs, data integrations, and SaaS security concepts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives on discovery calls and sales strategy.
• Demonstrate how the software supports accounting firms’ tax workflows.
• Address questions about integrations, data, security, and technical fit.
• Support pilots when needed and document requirements for a smooth handoff after the sale.
• Help existing clients evaluate additional uses for the platform.
