Job summary

Saab, Inc. is seeking a Senior Recruiter to attract and hire high-caliber technical talent, focusing on Engineering and Operations. You will partner with managers and HR to build pipelines in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment supporting Saab's mission to keep people safe.

This is a remote position, preferred in Eastern or Central Time Zones, with up to 15% travel. Candidates should have 8+ years in recruiting, strong sourcing skills, and Workday experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of recruiting and sourcing experience, preferably in engineering/operations.
• Experience recruiting in defense, aerospace, technology, engineering, or regulated industries is preferred.
• Strong sourcing of passive talent and market research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and requirements.
• Develop targeted recruiting and sourcing strategies for engineering and specialized roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using multiple channels.
• Build high-quality technical pipelines for current and future needs.
• Conduct market research, talent mapping, and compensation considerations.
• Manage recruiting lifecycle and ensure timely candidate communication.
