Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree with 8+ years in recruiting or a master's with 6+ years in recruiting.
• Experience recruiting engineering and operations in complex environments, preferably defense/aerospace/technology.
• Proven ability to source passive candidates and close talent through targeted strategies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce plans and requirements.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies for engineering, technical, program management, and specialized roles.
• Identify, engage, and cultivate passive candidates using LinkedIn, databases, and market research.
• Build and maintain pipelines for current and anticipated hiring needs, including hard-to-fill positions.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to understand skill availability and compensation trends.
• Collaborate with HR Partners and compensation team on offers and negotiations.
• Support recruiting events, campus outreach, and employer branding initiatives.
