Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering and Data Science, with flexibility to support GTM roles. This remote, U.S.-based position emphasizes partnering with leadership, building high-quality pipelines, and shaping hiring strategy.

You will mentor other recruiters, drive data-driven hiring using funnel metrics, and help embed AI-enabled practices across our recruiting operations while maintaining strong confidentiality and stakeholder

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, Product, and GTM functions.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and leaders with market insight.
• Data-driven approach using funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
• Experience mentoring or leading other recruiters or sourcers.
• Familiarity with Ashby or similar ATS/tools preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical, business, and GTM roles across engineering and data science teams.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders on role definition, leveling, and decisions.
• Lead sourcing strategies and build high-quality pipelines for competitive markets.
• Manage complex/high-priority searches and align stakeholders.
• Use data-driven metrics to optimize recruiting outcomes and candidate experiences.
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to recruiters.
• Embed AI-enabled practices across recruiting workflows while maintaining confidentiality.
