Job summary

SentiLink is building high-performing teams to tackle identity, risk, and fraud, and we are looking for a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to play a critical role in that growth. You will own full cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science, while supporting business and go-to-market hiring as priorities evolve.

You will partner with leadership on complex searches and mentor other recruiters. This is a remote, U.S.-based position.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in full-cycle technical recruiting.
• Experience hiring for Engineering, Data Science, and Product.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and senior leaders.
• Experience mentoring other recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting across technical, business, and GTM roles.
• Partner with managers on role definition and talent-market strategy.
• Lead sourcing to build high-quality pipelines.
• Manage high-priority searches and align stakeholders.
• Use data-driven funnel metrics to improve outcomes.
• Deliver structured interview experiences.
• Maintain recruiting workflows and ATS rigor.
• Improve processes to increase efficiency and scale.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to recruiters.
• Embed AI-enabled practices while maintaining confidentiality.
