Job summary

SentiLink is seeking a Lead/Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, spanning Engineering and Data Science. You will collaborate with leadership on role definitions and drive high-impact searches, mentoring peers and shaping hiring strategy.

This remote, U.S.-based role supports business growth and may involve occasional in-office work in Austin; strong talent-market expertise and judgment are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including technical recruiting
• Experience recruiting across Engineering, Data Science, and Product
• Experience hiring managers and leaders, including Directors
• Data-driven use of funnel metrics to improve outcomes
• Mentoring or leading other recruiters or sourcers

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across Engineering and Data Science
• Partner with leadership on role definition, leveling, and strategy
• Lead sourcing strategies and pipelines for competitive markets
• Manage high-priority, complex searches with cross-functional alignment
• Use data-driven recruiting to improve funnel metrics and outcomes
• Deliver high-quality interview experiences and maintain recruiting operations
• Provide informal leadership and mentorship to recruiters
• Embed AI-enabled practices in sourcing, research, and workflows while ensuring confidentiality
