Job summary

SentiLink Corp. is seeking a Staff or Principal Recruiter to lead leadership searches and strategic talent initiatives. This senior IC role emphasizes partnering with the Head of Talent and executives to shape hiring strategies and bring structured, scalable recruiting to the organization.

You’ll own complex searches, map talent landscapes, and guide executive hiring decisions with strong business judgment. A remote, U.S.-based position encourages applicants from Austin and other hubs to apply.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record leading senior-level searches (Director level and above).
• Experience mapping talent markets, sourcing, and proactive relationship building.
• Ability to influence executives and align on hiring strategy.
• Strong judgment in ambiguous situations and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent candidate relationship management and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Own complex leadership and strategic searches from scoping to close.
• Develop talent-market maps and translate research into sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with executives and senior hiring managers to define needs.
• Build relationships with exceptional talent, including passive candidates.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience with discretion and professionalism.
• Bring structure to evolving priorities and drive decisions with minimal direction.
• Partner with Head of Talent to prioritize recruiting investments and initiatives.
• Improve recruiting practices with data, planning, and workflows.
