Method is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, and design, focusing on attracting top software talent in a lean, high-impact team. Based in NYC with a hybrid policy of 2–4 days in the office, you will build outbound strategies, optimize the candidate experience, and introduce AI-driven workflows to close exceptional engineers.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full-cycle technical recruiting role.
• Experience hiring engineers who impact business and tech outcomes.
• Strong sourcing skills and high-touch candidate experience.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and Data.
• Design and run internship program end-to-end.
• Identify gaps in the funnel and optimize tools/processes with data.
• Elevate candidate experience and tell Method's story to technical talent.
• Introduce AI optimizations in the recruiting lifecycle.
