Nourish is seeking a Tech Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team in New York City. You’ll own the full recruiting lifecycle for all technical roles, partnering with executives and functional leaders to attract top talent and maintain a high hiring bar.

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at an early-stage startup with fast growth.
• End-to-end ownership of the hiring process from sourcing to offer.
• Passion for building exceptional teams and advocating for all parties.
• Comfort with ambiguity and a scrappy, hustling mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings.
• Partner with functional leaders and the TA team to understand hiring needs.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent and timely.
• Proactively attract and engage top talent through sourcing campaigns and networks.
• Strengthen Nourish’s employer brand and hiring processes to set a gold standard.
