Job summary
Butterfly Network, Inc. is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to drive full-cycle recruitment for our expanding technical teams.
You will partner with Recruiting and HR to build strong candidate relationships and implement creative sourcing strategies. Based in New York City, this hybrid role focuses on attracting top engineers for hardware and software roles, maintaining a robust pipeline, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to accelerate growth while delivering an outstanding
Qualifications
- 5+ years recruiting engineers in hyper-growth tech companies
- Proven ability to build pipelines for hardware and software engineers
- Strong interpersonal skills to engage active and passive candidates
- Expert in screening, interviewing techniques, and negotiation
- Knowledge of an Applicant Tracking System (Greenhouse is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Full-cycle recruitment for multiple evergreen roles on technical teams
- Develop long-term candidate engagement strategies
- Embed in business teams and build trusted stakeholder relationships
- Craft sourcing strategies to engage a diverse talent pool
- Measure and improve the recruiting process with a data-driven approach
- Build long-term recruiting partnerships across business units
