Job summary

Nourish in New York City is hiring a Tech Recruiter to lead full-cycle sourcing, screening, and candidate management for our technical teams. This role is hybrid (2+ days/week) with an office in Gramercy, and partners with TA, exec, and EPDA leadership to attract top talent.

We seek 4+ years of recruiting, including 1+ year in tech roles, ideally from fast-growing startups. Bring a hunter mindset, passion for building great teams, and the ability to operate in ambiguity.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 1+ year of technical recruiting experience.
• Experience at an early-stage startup with fast growth is preferred.
• Ability to own end-to-end recruitment and manage candidate pipelines.
• Strong hunter mindset and data-driven approaches to TA tooling.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle end-to-end for all technical openings (sourcing, screening, scheduling and everything in-between).
• Partner with functional leaders and the broader TA team to understand hiring needs and implement effective processes.
• Provide a stellar candidate experience that is transparent, respectful, and timely.
• Proactively attract and engage world-class talent through diverse sourcing channels.
• Strengthen Nourish's employer brand and hiring processes to set a gold standard in talent acquisition.
