Method in NYC is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to own how we find, engage, and close engineers and product people who build Method’s technology. You’ll partner with engineering and product leaders in a lean team and craft an outbound approach to bring top talent to Method.

This role blends traditional recruiting with AI-driven workflows and a founder-like mindset to ship an outstanding candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in a full cycle technical recruiting role with closing/negotiating experience.
• You’ve hired engineers that have significantly impacted business and technology outcomes.
• You know the tech scene and where to find top talent.
• You care deeply about candidate experience and high-touch processes.
• You are outbound first and ideally AI-native.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for all IC roles across Engineering, Product, and Data.
• Design and run an internship program end to end, from sourcing to interview design.
• Spot funnel gaps, propose tools or process changes with data.
• Raise the bar on candidate experience and tell Method's story to tech talent.
• Proactively introduce AI optimizations in the recruiting lifecycle.
