Kontakt.io, based in New York, is hiring a Technical Recruiter to build its Engineering organization, owning full-cycle recruiting for high-impact technical hires.

You will partner with hiring managers and Engineering leaders to define role requirements, source and screen top engineers, and drive offers and close. The role also supports Commercial and G&A hiring as needed, with a hybrid schedule in NYC and a base salary range of $100,000–$150,000, plus equity and full benefits.

Competenze

• 5–7 years of recruiting experience, with significant hands-on experience recruiting Software Engineering and technical talent.
• Demonstrated experience owning full-cycle technical recruiting, from intake to close.
• Experience with teams known for a strong technical hiring bar and highly selective Engineering groups.

Mansioni

• Own the end-to-end recruiting process for Engineering roles from intake to close.
• Define role requirements and recruiting strategies with hiring managers and Engineering leaders.
• Identify, engage, and screen high-quality passive Engineering candidates.
• Conduct thoughtful candidate screens assessing experience, environment, trajectory, and fit.
• Calibrate technical bar with interviewers and drive timely hiring decisions.
• Maintain organized candidate pipelines and track recruiting metrics.
