Job summary

Fashion Client in New York City is seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter for an ongoing contract with strong temp-to-perm potential. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role supports a mix of technical and broader business hiring needs in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities include full-cycle recruiting across technical, IT, e-commerce, corporate and select creative roles; partnering with hiring managers; building pipelines; and providing market insights and recruiting recommendations.

Qualifications

• Strong technical recruiting background highly preferred.
• Experience recruiting across technology, IT, engineering, digital, e-commerce, data, or related technical functions.
• Ability to speak the language of technical talent and hiring managers.
• Broad experience recruiting for corporate, business, and/or creative roles is a plus.
• Strong sourcing, candidate assessment, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work onsite in Hudson Yards 3 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting across technical, IT, e-commerce, corporate, and select creative roles.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, business needs, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Source, screen, and assess technical and non-technical talent.
• Build strong pipelines across specialized and hard-to-fill searches.
• Communicate confidently with technical candidates and hiring teams and understand the terminology, skill sets, and nuances of technical hiring.
• Manage multiple searches simultaneously while maintaining a strong candidate and stakeholder experience.
• Provide market insights, pipeline updates, and recruiting recommendations throughout the search process.
