You will work closely with leadership to align talent strategy with product and company growth, closing exceptional engineering talent while maintaining candidate experience and speed.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years experience recruiting for technical roles.
• Startup/software experience preferred.
• Agency recruiting combined with internal experience is a major plus.
