Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a senior software recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for highly technical roles. You will partner with business leaders, scale hiring as the company grows, and close top engineering talent while delivering a data-driven recruiting program.

You will embed with product and engineering teams, understand the mission, pitch opportunities to candidates, and maintain strong candidate experience, leveraging equity and competitive benefits

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top tier engineering talent
• Startup/software recruiting experience preferred
• Agency recruiting plus internal experience is a plus
• Resilient and creative with ability to troubleshoot and solve on the fly
• Direct, succinct communication and active listening
• Ownership mindset and end-to-end ownership of recruiting processes
• Low ego, high curiosity, openness to feedback

Responsabilités

• Move fast sourcing and tracking a high volume of candidates while keeping stakeholders informed
• Establish deep partnership with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver hiring goals
• Build trust and scale growth through consistent operating rhythms with cross-functional teams
• Embed with product teams to understand positioning, roadmap, and culture
• Pitch the mission and opportunities to candidates and close exceptional technical talent
• Track pipeline and data to derive insights and drive momentum
• Develop recruiting strategies and improve referrals and processes
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive communication
