Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Seattle-area team, focused on talent across maritime and core engineering roles. You will own end-to-end recruiting, partnering with leaders to define hiring needs, build pipelines, and move fast in a high-growth environment.

You'll source, screen, and close exceptional technical candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, and referrals, while delivering a superb candidate experience and data-driven recruiting

Qualifications

• 6+ years experience recruiting and sourcing for technical roles.
• Experience hiring across engineering—software, hardware or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers and Directors, reviewing profiles and updating pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Source and manage high-volume candidate flow with clear stakeholder communication.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver hiring results.
• Scale growth with cross-functional collaboration and a strong operating rhythm.
• Embed into the business to understand product, roadmap, and culture for effective pitching.
• Develop data-driven narratives from pipeline and performance metrics.
• Build recruiting strategies for long-range growth and referrals.
• Act as a subject matter expert in prospecting techniques and tools.
• Conduct interviews and tailor interview strategies to hiring manager preferences.
• Engage passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean strings, and referrals.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive communication and engagement.
