Anduril Industries, a defense tech leader, is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to partner with Maritime & Maneuver Dominance, and Tactical Recon and Strike divisions. You will own end-to-end recruiting, focusing on sourcing, screening, and closing top engineering talent for fast-paced, mission‑critical programs.

Ideal candidates have startup/tech domain experience and excel in stakeholder collaboration, data-driven decision making, and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years recruiting and sourcing for technical roles, closing top engineering talent (startup/software preferred).
• Experience hiring candidates across software, hardware, or both.
• 4+ years of client interaction with Hiring Managers/Directors, managing pipelines.
• Consultative approach that improves outcomes and candidate experience while earning peer respect.
• Strong understanding of engineering roles and required technical skills across domains.
• Clear, effective communication to understand motivation and fit within the organization.
• Experience managing multiple candidate funnels and tracking progress through recruitment stages.
• Working knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems and recruitment processes.
• Familiarity with diverse sourcing avenues and outreach strategies.

• Move fast with high-volume sourcing while keeping stakeholders informed.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver hires.
• Scale company growth by building strong, repeatable recruiting processes.
• Embed with product teams to understand roadmaps, culture, and needs.
• Pitch teams and opportunities to candidates, closing top technical talent.
• Track pipeline data to identify opportunities and drive momentum.
• Design recruiting strategies and optimize referrals and process improvements.
• Act as SME on prospecting techniques, automation, and candidate management.
• Interview potential candidates and align with hiring manager preferences.
