You will source, assess, and close top-tier engineering talent while partnering with leaders to shape hiring strategy. This role emphasizes data-driven decision-making, ownership, and a fast-moving, collaborative team

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience recruiting for technical roles and closing top-tier engineering talent (startup/software experience preferred).
• Agency recruiting combined with internal experience is a major plus.
• Resilient and creative with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems on the fly.
• Ownership mindset and high accountability to support Anduril's mission.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a process to source, track, and maintain a high volume of candidates and keep stakeholders informed.
• Partner with business leaders to influence talent strategy and deliver hiring outcomes.
• Build trust with cross-functional stakeholders to scale company growth.
• Embed with product teams to understand roadmaps, culture, and technical needs.
• Pitch the team and opportunities to candidates and close top technical talent.
• Track pipeline and performance data and translate insights into data-driven actions.
• Develop recruiting strategies to support long-range growth and improve referrals and processes.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience with proactive communication throughout the process.
