Qualifications

• 7+ years recruiting for technical roles and closing top engineering talent.
• Agency recruiting experience plus internal recruiting is a plus.
• Ability to influence talent strategy with business stakeholders.
• Strong ownership and accountability for recruitment outcomes.
• Resilient, creative, and capable of solving obstacles on the fly.

Responsibilities

• Move fast with a process to source, track, and maintain high-volume candidates while communicating with stakeholders.
• Establish deep trust with business leaders to influence talent strategy and hiring deliverables.
• Build trust through consistency and strong operating rhythm with cross-functional partners.
• Embed in the business to understand product, roadmap, and culture for effective hiring.
• Pitch the team and opportunities to close exceptional technical talent.
• Track pipeline and performance data and translate into a data-driven narrative.
• Create recruiting strategies supporting long-range growth and process improvements.
• Provide a positive candidate experience with proactive communication.
