Fanatics is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead strategic technical talent acquisition across engineering, product, and data teams. You will partner with CTOs and senior leaders to shape hiring strategy, build diverse pipelines, and elevate the candidate experience at scale in a fast-paced global environment.

This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, use of AI-enabled insights, and collaboration with Compensation and HR partners to inform workforce planning and sourcing strategy.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for software engineering, data, platform, and infrastructure roles.
• Proven ability to build and nurture diverse talent pipelines ahead of demand.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with a data-driven approach.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (Greenhouse) and sourcing tools.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end recruitment for engineering, product, and data roles.
• Partner with engineering leaders to design and continuously improve interview processes.
• Develop innovative sourcing strategies and talent mapping across the global market.
• Provide regular updates and insights on market trends to leadership.
• Deliver a high-touch candidate experience reflective of the Fanatics brand.
