Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring across engineering and infrastructure groups. You'll collaborate directly with technical leadership, own recruiting strategy, and run a structured, data-driven process end-to-end.

This role is fully remote, U.S.-based.

What You’ll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting across engineering, infrastructure, data center operations, cloud systems, or AI-adjacent teams.

Partner with leadership on headcount planning, role definition, intake, and hiring strategy.

Run world-class interview processes: calibration, structured evaluation, closing, and offer management.

Drive pipeline creation via sourcing, events, referrals, partnerships, and outbound campaigns.

Use data to improve funnel performance and inform hiring decisions.

Evangelize the mission to candidates with compelling, high-credibility narratives.

What You Bring

5+ years technical recruiting experience supporting engineering or deep-tech organizations.

Track record hiring senior individual contributors in distributed systems, hardware, cloud, or AI infrastructure.

Strong ability to partner with technical stakeholders and operate autonomously.

Excellent closing ability and narrative-driven communication.

Highly organized, process-oriented, and strong at managing multiple parallel pipelines.
