CapTech is seeking a Technical Recruiter to lead end-to-end recruiting for technology roles in a fast-paced environment. You will partner with multiple stakeholders to build a robust talent pipeline and drive candidate engagement, while leveraging AI tools to optimize searches and job descriptions.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software engineering, data engineering, management consultant roles preferred).
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Organizational and documentation skills.
• Experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top consultants.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to offer stage.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition, Service Offering Leads, and Practice Leads to hire top talent.
• Create recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of CapTech consultants.
• Source and engage passive talent across channels; use AI tools to craft search strings and descriptions.
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story.
• Qualify candidates and provide a great candidate experience.
• Support internal recruiting initiatives and document feedback in ATS.
