Job summary

You will partner with Sourcers and Hiring Managers to build strong pipelines and drive time-to-fill improvements across core engineering functions. The role supports a data-driven, inclusive hiring approach with opportunities to influence talent strategy and collaborate with global teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in talent acquisition or a related field, or Bachelor's Degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Experience recruiting for Engineering, Technical, or highly specialized roles.
• Experience using recruiting data, market insights, and funnel metrics.

Responsibilities

• Leads strategy and kickoff meetings with hiring managers to influence role requirements and timelines.
• Evaluates candidates for senior positions using assessments and behavioral interviews.
• Designs candidate experience strategies and coaches managers on engagement best practices.
• Monitors progress against core delivery metrics to meet hiring demand.
• Partners with product teams to validate solutions and surface adoption challenges.
