Job summary

RFA Engineering is seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter to support the growth of our engineering teams across the US. This hybrid role will be based out of Eden Prairie, MN or Dubuque, IA and will focus on identifying, attracting, interviewing and hiring top engineering and technical talent.

You will partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to understand staffing needs, build strong candidate pipelines, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and drive a positive candidate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience.
• 2+ years recruiting, staffing, or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and priorities.
• Experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and screen engineering and technical candidates for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire opportunities.
• Manage full recruiting lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, offers, onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and skills.
• Build candidate pipelines via LinkedIn, job boards, networking, referrals.
• Conduct phone screens and initial candidate evaluations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS and internal databases.
• Develop and post job descriptions across recruiting platforms.
• Support recruiting events, career fairs, university outreach, and networking activities.
• Build strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive recruiting experience.
• Assist with recruiting process improvements and talent acquisition strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams on workforce planning and staffing priorities.
