Job summary

CapTech Consulting is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the full-cycle recruiting process for technology roles, partnering with Talent Acquisition and Practice Leads to hire top consultants. You will creatively source passive talent, build a strong CapTech pipeline, and deliver a superior candidate experience.

You will engage with multiple stakeholders, maintain rigorous documentation, and use SmartRecruiters to drive candidates through the process.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years recruiting with a focus on technology roles (software/data engineering, consulting)
• 2+ years recruiting in the consulting or staffing industry preferred
• Collaborative team player with strong relationship-building
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with multiple stakeholders
• Strong organizational and documentation skills
• Experience building and maintaining a pipeline of top consultants
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, DocuSign, and other sourcing platforms
• AI-forward mindset with tools like Copilot and LinkedIn AI tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Own and drive full-cycle recruiting from sourcing to offer
• Partner with Talent Acquisition leads and Practice Leads to hire top talent
• Create recruiting strategies to build a pipeline of consultants
• Source and engage passive talent through multiple channels; use AI tools for search strings and job descriptions
• Build relationships with candidates and sell the CapTech story
• Qualify candidates and ensure a great candidate experience
• Support internal recruiting initiatives
• Use SmartRecruiters ATS to manage candidates with detailed notes and feedback
