Job summary

SentiLink Corp, a U.S.-based company, is seeking a Staff or Principal Recruiter to lead high-stakes leadership searches with a primary focus on executive talent. This senior individual contributor role blends deep recruiting expertise with strong business judgment, stakeholder management, and an operational mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
• Experience independently leading complex senior-level searches (Director+).
• Expertise in talent-market mapping, research, and proactive engagement.
• Ability to advise and influence executives on hiring strategy.
• Strong judgment and comfort with ambiguity; structure undefined problems.
• Exceptional candidate relationship management and high-touch experiences.
• Experience with recruiting operations or cross-functional initiatives (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own complex leadership and strategic searches from scope to close.
• Develop comprehensive talent-market maps and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with executives to define needs and guide decisions.
• Build relationships with exceptional talent, incl. passive candidates.
• Deliver a highly personalized candidate experience with discretion.
• Navigate evolving priorities and bring structure to searches.
• Partner with Head of Talent to prioritize recruiting investments.
• Improve recruiting practices, planning, and analytics to scale.
