Job summary

SentiLink Corp is seeking a Staff or Principal Recruiter to lead some of SentiLink's most important and complex searches, with a primary focus on leadership hiring and strategic talent opportunities. This is a senior individual contributor role combining deep recruiting expertise with strong business judgment, stakeholder management, and an operational mindset.

You will work closely with the Head of Talent and senior leaders to shape hiring strategies, identify exceptional talent, build market

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record leading senior-level searches (Director and above).
• Expert in talent-market mapping, research, sourcing, and proactive outreach.
• Ability to influence executives and align hiring strategy amid ambiguity.
• Strong data, processes, and recruiting ops experience.

Responsibilities

• Own complex leadership searches from scope to close.
• Develop talent-market maps and sourcing strategies.
• Partner with executives to define needs and profiles.
• Engage passive and future talent for opportunistic roles.
• Deliver high-touch candidate experiences through sensitive conversations.
• Improve recruiting workflows with data-driven improvements.
• Align recruiting investments with Head of Talent priorities.
• Build scalable recruiting practices across planning, reporting, and operations.
