This remote, U.S.-based role emphasizes strategic talent opportunities, market mapping, and scalable recruiting practices to support SentiLink’s growth and leadership needs across markets.

• 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in tech or high-growth startup.
• Proven track record leading complex senior-level searches (Director level and above).
• Deep expertise in talent-market mapping, research, sourcing, and proactive relationship building.
