Job summary

Resilience is a technology-focused biomanufacturing company pioneering end-to-end manufacturing solutions worldwide. The Senior Specialist, Technical Evaluation and Proposals partners with Sales, BD and SMEs to craft robust proposals that meet customer needs while optimizing pricing and timelines.

You will influence technical fit assessments across Biologics, Technology Platforms, Process & Analytical Development, Drug Substance and Drug Product offerings, driving from pre-proposal to contract

Qualifications

• Fundamental understanding of biologics or sterile drug product manufacturing and development lifecycle.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities.
• Self-disciplined with ability to deliver high‑quality results and multi‑task.
• Experience working in a matrix-team environment.
• Proficiency with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate RFIs/RFPs to develop technical proposal strategy and approach.
• Generate detailed proposals for biologics and drug product development services.
• Assist with scope revisions with SMEs and drive proposals to contract signature.
• Determine program pricing with Sales and Commercial teams to ensure profitability.
• Incorporate contractual terms and maintain strong proposal development standards.
• Manage proposal pipeline and coordinate cross-functional efforts.
• Deliver on commitments to meet customer expectations for proposals and estimates.
• Support costing and pricing analyses for opportunity funnels.
