Job summary

Blue Origin LLC in San Diego, CA seeks a Principal Technical Program Manager to lead RF / mmWave FEIC programs for the TeraWave initiative. You will own end-to-end program execution from requirements through tapeout, qualification, and production transition, coordinating with foundries, IP providers, OSATs, and system stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 10+ years of formal program management experience.
• Experience managing RF IC programs across lifecycle phases.
• Ability to work with highly technical RF, IC, systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution for FEIC developments.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams through tape-out and qualification.
• Maintain integrated schedules, risk registers, and dashboards.
• Align FEIC deliverables with system requirements and cost targets.
