Job summary

Blue Origin is seeking a Senior Manufacturing RF DFX Engineer to own end-to-end RF assembly design for the TeraWave constellation. You will bridge RF/microwave design with manufacturability, testability, reliability, and serviceability at orbital scale.

The role requires hands-on experience in high-volume RF hardware, DFX mindset, and collaboration with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure production ramp and sustained operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, RF/Microwave Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of RF/microwave design, RF assembly, or RF systems integration in product development and volume production.

Responsibilities

• Lead RF/microwave assembly design for satellite modules and subsystems.
• Own RF assembly process development and calibration procedures.
• Manage RF BOM procurement, vendor coordination, and RF performance analysis.
• Drive first-article inspection and manufacturing readiness reviews.
