Job summary

Blue Origin in California seeks a senior program leader to direct end-to-end FEIC development for TeraWave, coordinating RF IC programs from requirements to production. You will align cross-functional teams across markets, manage external IP partners, and drive risk, schedule, and cost control for complex, high-reliability aerospace systems.

The role requires a strong technical PM background, leadership in RF/IC domains, and the ability to operate across high-ambiguity environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of formal experience in technical program management, engineering program management, or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience managing RF IC programs across lifecycle phases from requirements to production.
• Experience creating and maintaining integrated schedules, risk registers, dependency maps, milestone plans, and program reporting.
• Ability to work with RF, IC, systems, packaging, test, and manufacturing teams.
• Experience coordinating external partners, vendors, foundries, IP providers, OSATs, test houses, or labs.
• Strong communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage ambiguity and drive closure across complex technical programs.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S permanent resident, or eligible status.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution for FEIC development supporting phased-array antenna and digital beamforming systems.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams across development lifecycle from requirements through tape out and qualification.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, deliverables, risk registers, and executive dashboards.
• Align FEIC deliverables with system-level requirements and production cost.
• Manage third-party IP deliverables including specifications, licensing, and delivery schedules.
• Drive cross-functional risk management for schedule, resources, reliability, supplier performance, and ramp.
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and disciplined execution.
