Job summary

Blue Origin seeks a senior program leader to drive end-to-end execution for the TeraWave FEIC development, coordinating RF, IC, systems, and manufacturing teams across the lifecycle. The role emphasizes disciplined planning, risk management, and cost-sensitive execution within a fast-paced aerospace context.

Based on site in San Diego, CA or Cupertino, CA with relocation support and travel up to 10%. A rigorous technical assessment interview will be part of the process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of formal experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience managing RF IC programs across lifecycle phases from requirements to production.
• Experience creating and maintaining integrated schedules, risk registers, and milestone plans.
• Strong communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• U.S. citizen or eligible for U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution for TeraWave Q/V-band FEIC development supporting phased-array antenna and digital beamforming systems.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams through development lifecycle phases from requirements to tape-out and qualification.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, and executive-level program reporting.
• Drive alignment between FEIC deliverables and system-level requirements and production cost.
• Manage third-party IP deliverables including specifications, licensing, and delivery schedules.
• Drive cross-functional risk management for schedule, resources, and testing.
• Foster ownership, accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence.
