Job summary

Blue Origin seeks an experienced technical program leader to guide end-to-end FEIC developments for the TeraWave program. You will coordinate RF IC teams through design, validation, and production, while maintaining schedules and risk registers.

The role requires strong communication skills and the ability to align engineers, suppliers, and management around milestones and cost targets in a high-reliability aerospace setting. On-site in California with relocation support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related technical discipline.
• 10+ years of formal experience in technical program management or equivalent leadership roles.
• Experience managing RF IC programs across multiple lifecycle phases.
• Experience creating and maintaining integrated schedules, risk registers, and milestone plans.
• Strong communication, decision-making, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical program execution for TeraWave FEIC developments.
• Coordinate internal engineering teams through development lifecycle phases.
• Build and maintain integrated schedules, milestone plans, and dashboards.
• Drive alignment between FEIC deliverables and system requirements and production cost.
• Manage third-party IP deliverables, including specifications and licensing.
