Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a strategic Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives across Global, Payer, and Partnerships. You’ll coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, and Customer Success teams to translate strategic priorities into executable plans that scale with our rapidly growing platform.

You will collaborate with executives, influence priorities, and deliver measurable improvements in time-to-launch, quality, and customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in a technology-driven organization.
• Experience partnering with customers and customer-facing teams on B2B or B2B2C products.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and align competing priorities.
• Comfort presenting to senior executives and customers.
• Analytical, metrics-driven approach with empathy for users.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from planning through launch, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, Partnerships, and other teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead responses to urgent issues with scope, owners, and timelines, keeping stakeholders informed.
• Serve as a trusted R&D point of contact for key customers and partners.
• Identify recurring experience issues and deliver immediate fixes and lasting improvements.
• Build repeatable triage and escalation processes, tracking risks and progress.
• Prepare teams for launches by confirming responsibilities and readiness.
• Develop an operating model that scales across global, payer, and partner relationships.
