Job summary

Spring Health in New York City is seeking a seasoned Program Manager to lead complex initiatives spanning Global, Payer, and Partnerships. You will translate strategy and customer/partner needs into actionable plans, coordinating Product, Engineering, Data, and Operations to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing complex programs in tech-driven orgs.
• Experience partnering with customers and customer-facing teams on B2B/B2B2C products.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and build trust across teams.
• Experience presenting to senior executives, internally and with customers.
• Analytical, metrics-driven approach with empathy for users.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and change while balancing immediate needs with longer-term goals.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs from planning through launch, defining milestones, owners, dependencies, risks, and decisions.
• Coordinate Product, Engineering, Data, Operations, Support, Partnerships, and other customer-facing teams to deliver on commitments.
• Lead responses to urgent issues by establishing scope, owners, next steps, timelines, and stakeholder updates.
• Serve as a trusted R&D contact for key customers and partner with customer-facing teams to address needs.
• Work with Product and Engineering to identify recurring experience issues, deliver immediate fixes, and prioritize improvements.
• Build repeatable triage, prioritization, escalation handling, risk tracking, and progress sharing processes.
• Prepare teams for launches and changes by confirming responsibilities, dependencies, risks, testing, and operational readiness.
• Develop an operating model that supports a growing portfolio of global, payer, and partner relationships.
